PartsGuru uses a range of couriers to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time. Different couriers offer a varying range of services based on delivery location, item size and weight and delivery method. These include couriers Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, Aramax and others where required.
Shipping Fees & Charges
Shipping fees and charges will be calculated on the goods selected in your cart. The majority of items fit a fixed rate shipping method however this may be subject to change for special order, bulky or fragile items.
Deliveries made by courier (heavy and bulky items) cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for the goods or an authority to leave (ATL) is not given a card will be left and the parcel redirected to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot you may incur an additional charge for re-delivery by the courier company.
PartsGuru recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.
Please check that all parts received match the invoice. If you have been incorrectly supplied any items, please contact our team via live chat or via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate the issue for you immediately.
If your items arrived damaged you must take photos of the damaged packaging & goods as soon as you find the goods damaged. Refer to our Warranties & Returns policy for more information.
PartsGuru offer the express delivery option through our various carriers. Whilst we take every effort to ensure your goods are despatched with urgency, express delivery guarantees & timelines are subject to the guarantees provided by the selected carrier on checkout. PartsGuru are a unique business offering OEM parts to the consumer across Australia. We stock many parts for our brands in our warehouse, however some goods will need to be ordered from the OEM to fill your order. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours please contact our live chat support or reach out to email@example.com.
Shipping insurance is offered on check out and is provided by the selected carrier. We recommend taking shipping insurance to protect your goods. Whilst we will do our best to assist you with your order, PartsGuru takes no responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.
PartsGuru offers detailed tracking information for your order provided by each courier. Our process consists of tracking information provided by PartsGuru & the courier service.
Your initial tracking information will be provided by PartsGuru directly. The link will direct you to the carriers website where you can track your package with them directly. For any enquiries on the status of your order please reach out to our live chat support or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We make every effort to keep your parts in stock in our warehouse. In certain instances your parts may be back ordered from the manufacturer. If your parts are back ordered your order status will be placed on hold and you will receive an email advising as such. If you need your items urgently or wish to make alternative arrangements, please reach out to our chat support or email email@example.com with your order details and we can assist you.

Will parts be shipped together?
Yes. PartsGuru doesn't split ship orders. When all items are in stock we will ship your order.
Authority To Leave
Some couriers may offer the authority to leave service. Please note, signature on delivery items must have the receives signature before goods will be delivered. If the courier deems it unsafe to leave at your location they may choose to take the item to the local distribution hub or post office. For any questions just reach out to our team and we can assist.
